NWT Blue Floral American Eagle Shift Dress

Lightweight dress/top that pairs really well with leggings. It is a "one size" dress. Material is not stretchy, but would likely fit up to a size large. Works great with a belt around the waist if you want that hour glass look! I purchased at American Eagle, but tag says "Don't Ask Why".
