NWT Blue Floral Lace Skater Dress

The picture is of me wearing this dress in 1 size larger. I bought it in 2 sizes. NWT. Tag says size 18, but that's UK sizing. The U.S. Equivalent is size 14. Pull over style, no zipper or buttons. Self lined body and skirt. Sleeves are 3/4 length and not lined. Super cute and comfortable. Washable, nylon blend outer layer, lining is 100% poly. No trades.
