NWT Blue Floral Mini dress

Beautiful mini blue floral dress, NWT, says size 8 but fits like a 4, and would fit 2 but it’ll be a bit lose. Size zipper, v-neck, and has buttons down the top. Purchased from ASOS but didn’t work out. Let me know if you have any questions!:)
