NWT Blue Pepper boutique baby doll dress

This dress was LITERALLY my favorite this summer. The fabric is so flowy and light but stretchy and soft too. In the photos I’m wearing size small and I’m a size 4 - these are loose and flowy. I think the small would fit up to a size 8/10 without being too fitted through the chest.
