NWT Blue & White Color Block Fit & Flare Dress L

NWT! This sky blue, fit & flare dress is so cute! Sadly, it’s a size too small for me. I’m a DD & generally a size 12/14. Side zipper, but the fabric provides significant stretch. I didn’t have to unzip to get it on— it was just tight around my waist, making it rise up and become too short. Comfy material!
