NWT - Blue &White Maxi dress

NWT-Blue and White Women's Maxi dress, it has a V neckline and pockets on each side. As seen in the pictures, I have it tied up on one side as it was in the display when I purchased it and I also showed a picture of it with both sides down to wear it long, ( it has slits on both sides.)
