NWT Blue and Black Lace Button Midi Dress

NWT Oxiuli Fashion blue and black lace cobered dress with buttons and cute frilly bottom. Midi type dress measures 41 1/2 inches long. Says size L but will fit XS or S. Pit to pit measurement is 16 inches. Has good stretch to it. There are 2 tiny snags on the back black bottom (see last pic). Not noticeable really just full disclosure.
