NWT Blue jumpsuit with tie

Brand NWT blue jumpsuit by &Merci. Ruffles on cap sleeves and around neck. Removable tie and straight to wide legs. This is truly adorable. I am 5 foot 5 and this is full length on me. I just have too many jumpsuits....it has never been worn.
