NWT Blue/Jean Dress!!

High neckline with straps and buttons in the back. Sinched at the natural waist. No size on the tag but it’s too big on me and I’m a size S. It’s like a Medium. There are some frayed pieces on the straps that are pictured but do not effect the sturdiness of the dress.
