NWT Blue/white Design Lab halter dress - Women’s M

This blue & white patterned dress made by Design Lab features a cute halter tie at the top & a low back. Such a fun dress for summer parties & date nights!! Never been worn, except for trying it on, since I bought two sizes of this dress and forgot to return this one 🙈 which is too big for me. **note there are three small black marks on the inside of the dress which can be seen in the last photo. It’s probably just dirt that will come out if washed but I’m not sure so wanted to include that**
