Olive mini dress by La Reyna. Fantastic cascading wizard sleeve lined in white, with a boat neck that complements the collar bones. Sharp straight finish on the bottom. It's a nylon/spandex blend so it's slightly stretchy. It does run rather short, could also double as a tunic for a taller lady. Purchased from a boutique in San Francisco, still has boutique tags.
