It basically has no collar. the sleeves have 2 buttons each to be worn tighter or looser. it comes with tags and 2 spare buttons. one is seen into the inside, another I found in the pocket and it will also be sent with the Jacket. The Jacket is new with QVC tags (the tags have some water damage. It is dry clean only, and I did take it to the drycleaner one time, because it had a musty storage smell when I purchased it. That was how the tag got damaged, but the Jacket is in great new condition.
