This adorable dress is knee length or a little shorter depending on your height. It has gorgeous blouson sleeves and a V-neck with a strappy tie that can be worn open or closed. Not sure what the fabric is but it feels like a cotton/poly blend. It’s definitely NOT jersey (which I personally don’t like). It’s so much prettier than my crappy pictures. It does have a definite waist line and does not hang like a tent.
