NWT Body Language cowl neck black dress embellished w/ metallic chains on shoulder. Beautiful, stretchy dress perfect for a night out on the town or as a beach cover up. I suggest wearing a dark slip underneath during daytime or if taking pictures. Held up to the light, it appears to be slightly sheer. The sleeves give a bat wing effect on the sides but are completely open. 95% Poly, 5% Lycra. Size S tag, but can fit as M Measurements: Length: Shoulder to hem: 32” Hem: 38” around (laying flat)
