NWT Boho Flowy Blouse

The definition of boho and girly. Never even tried on and is NWT from Wet Seal. %100 Rayon and must be hand washed in cold water. Ties into a a bow, with flowy short sleeves. Size is XS, but could fit a S-M Gathers together with an elastic band at the bottom. Can be worn as a short dress (depending on your height!) or so cute with jeans.
