NWT Boho Style Summer Dress

I recently purchased this dress and it was way too short for me....I am 5' 6". The dress is 28" and a size medium. It has an adorable Boho Style print and keyhole style cut out between shoulder blades. This would make a great mini dress for someone shorter or even could be worn with leggings or as a flowing top.It is new w tags.
