NWT Boston Proper white cotton/silk ruffle blouse w/back tie. Stunning look w/ full ruffle down front, sleeve edge, full hemline, & collar, lace up tie in back. Nice light airy fabric. Please note runs small so I put sizing as M, but please check measurements. There is a lot of ruffle, but the back runs smaller (p to p measurements). I estimate 8/10.
