NWT Super thick and soft white crinkle look cotton dress. Has ruffles on skirt . I never got to wear, bought on the islands in high end boutique. Roomy in the hips. I am an xl and this fits so I listed as xl. . I wear a size 12 or 14 depending on piece. Zipper step in to put on. Layers of a flat ruffle on the skirt.
