NWT Breakfast In Tokyo Knit Fallin Pocket Pant XXL

I purchased these Breakfast in Tokyo Falling Pockets knit Pants but they are too large for me. They are new with the tags, still. I have either a pretty darket than pic blue or black. They are a BIT size 5 which I now tend to believe is an XXL. They have a fold over waist and giant pockets from below the knee to hem. Here are measurements: Waist 40", Hips 56" Length 35". They are well made, boutique label. Priced individually.
