Deep navy blue, cinched waist with plenty of elastic stretch to play into curves, double buttons down the chest (one set is functional), delicate petal sleeves. It has potential to accentuate or even create an hourglass figure. Understated sexy, for sure. 🙃 Made in USA! 50/50 Rayon and Polyester. Great condition, still has tags.
