Reposhing this item I purchased from @hardwickm. Tried it on, but the size doesn’t fit. The Taylor sewed a strap for me to be able to wear it. You can trim it off. I end up didn’t use it for my wedding.

lisela_ Does this have any hoops or it’s just a crinoline? I would like no hoops, but your description says petticoat crinoline so I wasn’t sure. Thank you.

vivianjz @lisela_ I uploaded an updated photo of how it is now. The tailor seamed an elastic band for me because I can’t zip it all the way up. The dress suppose to only use the zipper. You can simply trim down the elastic band if you don’t need it.

lisela_ Ok thank you! What were the waist measurements without the added elastic band? If I purchase it today would you be able to ship it out today or by tomorrow? I’m hoping it will arrive by the 30th..
