NWT Bronx and Banco Tiara Ruffle Fit & Flare Dress, size AU 6/US 2 or also an XS. Dress has tulle fabric underlay, exposed back zipper, mesh fabric overlay with tonal stitching. Shell is 40% polyester, 40% cotton, 20% silk. Dry clean only. I would say the color borders more on an ivory/light beige than actual white. Please let me know if you need any measurements!
