NWT Brooklyn Designer High Low Black Dress/ Gown

Bought at a boutique in Brooklyn during their sale. This sleeveless dress has a mini inside (showing at the front) and a longer/cape on the outside (at the back). There's a zipper in the front. Not sure if that describe it lol but the overall feeling is quite easy, minimal and artsy. It is brand new with tag and I bought it for an opening and ended up not wearing it.
