NWT Brooklyn Industries Tea Party Dress L XL

Really cute dress. Dark blue with turquoise green dots. Has a separate removable slip which is also cotton. A tie goes from the mid-front and ties at back. Bottom has wide fringes in the same fabric. I feel like it may run small. See the measurements. Measurements: Pit to pit- 21" length- 35"
