These are NWT Brooks Brothers Navy Bermuda Shorts with embroidered sailing flag patterns. They are Boys size 18 or what would be considered a Youth L or XL. Solid navy with a navy on navy lining which you see in one picture. They have never been worn and come from a clean smoke free home.
