💕NWT Button Down Dress

NWT (new in package, brand does not come with attached tags) button down collared dress. Top is solid black in a stretchy forgiving fabric and the bottom is a white based semi-sheer fabric with black stars. Buttons are all black. Can be worn all the open as a long vest style cardigan. True to size, but if you are busty like me (D cups) then you may have trouble keeping the top buttons closed if wearing as a dress.
