Thick, light-wash, button-fly jeans from Madewell with a 9" rise. Designed as a crop jean, I bought them in size "tall" and they are full-length jeans on me (at 5'8"). Nice, thick, heavy material perfect for winter with a 98% cotton content. Finished hem with mild aesthetic fraying. Bought for myself, but I'm too used to high-rise jeans so I couldn't get used to these. I'm typically a size 16/18 in other brands, and fit a 32/33 in Madewell.

slyestatus @mieli2 where did these hit on you? Are they more like low rise or mid rise? I’m also used to high rise because I’m of my big bootie! Haha! Would you still consider them to be mid rise?

mieli2 They have a 9 inch rise. For me it hits just below mu belly button, but I have wide hips & a big butt too. I wouldn’t describe it as a low rise.
