Beautiful, NWT By Anthropologie Ruffled top in ivory. Has ruffles all around the arm opening on either side and a curved hem at the bottom. Purchased on final sale and can't return, sadly it does not work with the sweater I'd planned to wear with it or I'd keep it.

stollea @daniscloset_22 I would say it looks more like cream than pure winter white to me. I’ll try taking a picture of it outside to see if that shows the color better

stollea @daniscloset_22 I just measured it from the top back to the front hem bottom - it has a scalloped hem. That measurement is 21 3/4” - I added a photo
