hotellobbyposh @kholly27 Hi there I measured the approximate flatlay measurements for the Medium as: Bottoms: 14-15” Waist Min/max with stretch 8.5” Rise Top: 13-15” Pit to pit across does have ties to tighten or loosen 12” overall length from top of strap to bottom of hem.
