Love this top! Is it true to size? I am a size 8, usually a M. Does it hit at or below the waist?

It is true to size! I think it would fit a 6-10 depending on body comp no problem! Its not stretchy it’s a nice loose but tailored high quality scrub tire. It’s so cute I wore with white skinny jeans and tan heeled sandals - SO cute!
