NWT C.W. DESIGNS DRESS

NWT CW DESIGNS DRESS SIZE medium. New with tags CW Designs black cocktail embroidered dress with stones in front under chest. I usually would wear a small and this fits me perfectly (5'4 34a). Perfect condition. Has two slips underneath shown in picture. Bought from a boutique and never worn.
