NWT Calypso St Barth Christiane Cello Crushed Velvet Empire Waist Dress Burgundy Size Small Made in Sri Lanka in a rayon/silk blend V neck with crochet detail around neck and waist. Hidden zipper on right side. Elastic at wrists on sleeves that are not full length. Measures 34”;at chest, 30” at set in empire waist, 35” long from shoulder seam. Sleeves are 18” long and there is 16” between shoulder. Soft gathers of fabric at shoulders. Dress is unlined. New with tags. There was a small tear inside the v neck which I fixed with fabric glue. I tried to force it on my dress form and it was too small. See last photo.
