@xoaaamanda hi! So, I have a. Incredibly skinny 3 year old who’s waist is still 18 m and length is between a 2-3 t lol. So for him everything runs a bit big. I also have a chunky 11 month old and wears a 12 m. So short answer is. I believe so, based on my younger one. These fit mush looser on my 3 year old be have that baggy sweat pant look. For my 11 month they are not as baggy and fit better around the waist and ankles. I hope that helps even a little?

@xoaaamanda to add: sorry, TTS is so hard bc my kids could not be more opposite in sizes since they were born! 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ constantly trying to find super skinny brands for my older one and brands that are wider through the legs for my younger one.
