This sleeveless stunner by Carmen Marc Valvo is New With Tags. Size 8. Bust measures 18” laid flat. Waist at seam measures 16” across. Length from back of beaded neckline measures 39”. Bought to wear for a wedding that didn’t happen during pandemic. Beautiful for Valentine’s Day, a wedding, cocktail party etc. You will be the queen of the party in this dress.
