@darenadkins shoulder to shoulder is 18.5 inches, shoulder to cuff is 26.5 and length is 41 inches. As far as the material it’s 96% cotton with 4% elastane and interior 100% cupro. I’ll add a pic.
The feel of the material is almost velvety to the touch
