NWT Carter's Botanical Floral Fully Lined Tulle Slip A-Line Tie Pleated Dress

Brand new with tags, never worn, no flaws! Absolutely adorable classic floral patter print in green, red, pink, yellow, and blue, on a bright white background. The white isn't dingy whatsoever. Dress is fully lined, and also has a cute slightly puffy tulle slip to give the bottom of the dress full shape. The tool is in between two soft slip linings, so it won't get caught on the dress, and it won't be itchy on the skin. The main fabric part of this dress is 100% cotton. It is very easy to clean fabric, as we had this dress in another color that got worn several times. This white one never got worn, and it is still in perfect condition! Toddler girl's size 2T.
