NWT- Cat and Jack brand corduroy skirt off-white, junior size 18

New with tags Junior XXL / Junior 18 Off white color *blue dust stain on back top of skirt not very noticeable but it’s there* was purchase this way and made come out in wash??? Measurements waist- 15.5 waist/ length 16.5 Materials shown in pictures ^^^^
