hollowroadhaven @rstaw64 Hi, I would say it runs true to size. It doesn't run small. With it being a poncho is it forgiving. There is plenty of room under the arm pit and in the body area. It is a heavy material well I don't know if I would say heavy, but you can tell it is very high quality material, and it has some stretch to it. The only area that is really fitted is just above the elbow and down the arm. There is also a snap on the side. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

hollowroadhaven @rstaw64 Oh ya if your a medium it will definitely fit. The part that is tight or tighter, I don't even want to say tight cause it's not lol but the part that is fitted I should say is on the lower part of the arm and it's stretchy.
