NWT Charlie’s Project Rainbow-Sleeve Pullover Top

This is a soft pullover top from Charlie’s Project. The body is solid black while the elbow-length sleeves and shoulders have a rainbow design. Size M, the chest is approx 21” across and the length to center is about 29”. Very soft and comfortable. Brand new with tag, never worn.
