NWT Charlotte Russe Striped Dress

Great for the office or a wonderful casual look. This is a white knee length sleeveless collared dress with navy stripes and a pocket on the chest. It's semi sheer but lined and very elegant while professional. I love it ! But it doesn't quite fit me right.
