Charlotte Russe Daydreamer. Pink, white and navy blue stripes accented by a faux tie waist. The waist is elastic, the ties are fixed and decorative. Sleeve cuffs are elastic. The leg holes feature a ruffled edge. Elastic scoop neckline could probably be worn off the shoulder. Top is lined in the front, and fully lined in the bottom. Hand wash. Measurements in pictures.
