NWT Charter Club Dress Thick Fabric Form Fitting with Stretch White Blue Floral

This Charter Club dress is a stretchy-denim material and very sturdy. I did not wear it as the climate is too hot where I live for this fabric weight. It is a lovely dress. Tailored construction and very figure flattering. Pit-to pit is 19 inches across, shoulder to hem is 37 inches. Has pockets! Wpuld look great under a denim jacket or dressed up. It is new with tags.
