NWT Chaus New York Cardigan, Size Small

This new deep black cardigan is very light and stretchy. The fabric is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The bottom of sleeves are shirred making it a pretty sleeve. It measures 28” from shoulder to bottom, the sleeves are 20” and pit to pit is 19”.
