Selling this gorgeous Chelsea 28 blouse sold at Nordstrom! This top is 100% polyester and is a very light material - perfect for summer and feels almost like silk! In the light, the material has a bit of a shine to it! The top has a zipper on the side and it has a small push button to join together the middle of the top.
