NWT Chico’s peasant dress in black. No visible flaws. Sleeves are 3/4 with elastic on sleeve. From endeared to sleeve is 14”. From shoulder to sleeve is 20”. Peasant neckline with elastic. Top of shoulder to bottom of hem is approx 56” long. Waist is elastic, would be great with a belt. Measures 14” flat but stretches to 20”. Put to pit is 26” flat, stretches to 20”. Non smoking home.
