NWT Chico's Multicolored Burnout Velvet Fringe Ruana / Poncho/Sm/Md

This is a fabulous NWT Chico's Burnout Velvet Fringed Ruana in warm, multi color shades and a floral print. It is an amazing statement piece that can be worn for very dressy occasions or for casual ones. It has arms to slip in, 9 inch slits on both sides at the bottom, 8 inch knotted fringe at the bottom, a "V" in the back of the neck. It is rayon and nylon with polyester trim. The length goes from about 28 inches all the way to over 41 inches depending on what part you measure. The size says S/M, but this is more of a one size fits most piece. It is very generously cut, so a size 14-16 gal could wear it as well as an 8-10.
