NWT Chico's Patterned Blouse

This black blouse has a pretty cream-colored pattern with a silver accent at the neck. The cuffs are elastic and the fabric is light weight. New with tags from Chico's, size 2 (L/12). Chico's has named this one "Flowers Drops Petals Keyhole Popover".
