Hello. I see the last picture has hook. Does it come with a belt? And Is coat light weight?

@gordoyflaco2 it doesn’t have a belt. I bought it second hand as well so I guess they didn’t have it either. It is medium weight, good for fall and winter where I’m from in Virginia.
