eligin @meeshmino hi! It's a women's size. I'm normally a 0-2 as well (usually 2 in skirts and more of a 0 in shirts and tops) so this should fit you perfectly!

eligin @meeshmino I say it didn't fit me because I have narrow hips and I'm quite short 5'3"ish and the skirt was a bit too long on me.
