can this fit someone a size 4 in womens?

@tbui5 I’m not too sure. I’m usually a 2 or 4 depending on the brand and I could not button this over my chest. My chest measures 35.5” and I’m a B cup. I have other blouses in size small from them that fit perfectly, but this one is tinier! I’d check the Christy Dawn website for more size info.
